The problem of compatibility of various multiplecriteria evaluation methods

Abstract

When various multiple criteria methods are used to evaluate a particular object or phenomenon, conflicting resultsare usually obtained. This allows us to state that every method has its advantages and disadvantages as well as its own logic,highlighting some particular aspects of the considered object or situation.Seeking to reduce the particular effects of various multicriteria evaluation methods (MCEM) on the calculation results, it isrational to estimate the considered object (or phenomenon) by using several methods and, then, to find the average estimate. Therefore, a theoretical as well as practical problem of selecting the appropriate multicriteria evaluation methods to be usedas a “package” arises.

Daugiakriterinio vertinimo būdų suderinamumas

Santrauka. Ver­ti­nant tą pa­tį reiš­ki­nį įvai­riais dau­giak­ri­te­ri­niais me­to­dais, gau­na­mi skir­tin­gi re­zul­ta­tai. Tai lei­džia teig­ti, kad kiek­vie­nas me­to­das tu­ri sa­vo pri­va­lu­mų ir trū­ku­mų, vi­di­nę lo­gi­ką, iš­ryš­ki­na vis ki­to­kį nag­ri­nė­ja­mo ob­jek­to ar nag­ri­nė­ja­mos si­tu­a­ci­jos as­pek­tą. Sie­kiant su­ma­žin­ti at­ski­rų dau­giak­ri­te­ri­nio ver­ti­ni­mo bū­dų (DVB) spe­ci­fi­kos įta­ką skai­čia­vi­mo rezultatams, tiks­lin­ga nag­ri­nė­ja­mą reiš­ki­nį ver­tin­ti ke­liais bū­dais, o pas­kui nu­sta­ty­ti šių ver­ti­ni­mų vidur­kį. Dėl to ky­la tiek moks­li­nė, tiek prak­ti­nė pro­ble­ma – ko­kius dau­giak­ri­te­ri­nio ver­ti­ni­mo bū­dus įtrauk­ti į vie­ną „pa­ke­tą“.
